前言
「拉拉義工訓練營」由來自北京、台灣、香港、芝加哥、紐約等五個地區的六個以服務性小眾及跨性別人士為主的團體策劃。主辦團體包括北京同語、台灣性別人權協會、香港女同盟會、紐約華人性別研究中心、紐約Q-wave、芝加哥紫鳳凰等。

目標
本訓練營結合不同地域的同志運動經驗，配合理論與實踐的訓練模式，探討社會政策、人權、國際視野、性別理論、社會運動等重要議題，培訓年青的女同志及跨性別人士成為敢於挑戰、勇於承擔、充滿自信、樂於貢獻的志願組織領袖及重要人員。

內容
參加者將接受多項訓練，包括領導技巧、溝通技巧、策劃程序、社群動員、減壓訓練、演講技巧等，營中將安排來自不同地區的參加者分享各地同運經驗，並將學習如何撰寫報告、籌款、面對傳媒及組織同志社群等。

參加方法
請填寫報名表格，以電郵方式，在截止日期前寄返所屬地區或國家的聯絡處。

參加資格
對象：現正參與LGBT、同志或跨性別工作的團體，或願意從事LGBT同志及跨性別工作的女同志、雙性戀女性或跨性別者。

年齡：18歲以上。

大會語言：普通話
Total 名額： 50人, (美国大都市地區: 2人)
費用：訓練營內食宿營費用全免，參加者需自付交通費往返營地及居住地區。

甄選：申請人需經大會審核，中港台以外地區獲甄選者將於5月下旬期間通知電話面試，屆時並將詳細介紹計劃內容。取錄與否，將於六月上旬接獲通知。

交通旅費資助申請：本營提供少量的旅費資助美国大都市地區申請者，為財政困難的參加者而設。申請者請詳細列明由居住地區往返營地的所有必須交通費用，航機以經濟客位計算。申請者亦須說明申請原因。申請者請填寫報名表第五部份。

申請美国大都市地區交通旅費資格說明:

Two individuals from the US will be selected for full travel scholarship. Proficiency in spoken mandarin Chinese is required, ability to read and write in Chinese is helpful. Awardees must demonstrate commitment to conduct organizing work in Chinese speaking communities in New York or a large metropolitan city in the US.

During the program, each participant will develop one organizing campaign plan for their community. Upon returning to the U.S. participants will be expected to work with la la camp convening groups to implement their campaign plan. In addition, participants will be expected to be available to provide trainings for local schools and community groups when they seek Chinese-speaking LGBT speakers/instructors. Preference will be given to youth applicants, immigrants.

Please submit the attached application form along with a personal statement which details relevant experience, why you are interested in the program, and your vision for increasing LGBT visibility and combating homophobia/transphobia in your community. In addition, please submit contact information for two references from previous organizing or community work, paid or volunteer.
